Since partnering with Dan Dennis in 1999, Cheryl has focused on building a strong, values-driven organization. Dan Dennis is a Washington State native with more than 40 years of experience in land development, finance, and real estate. Known for his steady leadership and thoughtful approach, Dan believes that the best real estate decisions begin with listening and are guided by long-term value. With a background in consulting engineering and land surveying, Dan brings a deep technical understanding to every transaction. As Managing Broker, he provides strategic oversight and is closely involved in helping clients and agents navigate complex decisions in all aspects throughout the property and home-sale process. Since co-founding MPSH with Cheryl Dennis in 1999, Dan helps lead a team that has successfully served thousands of clients across Washington State. His approach is grounded in integrity, experience, and a commitment to building trusted, lasting relationships. Beyond real estate, Dan is a proud father of two married sons, a grandfather to both a grandson and a granddaughter, and the devoted owner of his beloved chocolate lab, Chip.
