Bought a single family home this month of March 2017, for about $350,000 in Puyallup, WA. We worked with a real estate agent last year for about 6 months for a new home. We didn’t find our dream home and the process was okay but not very productive. Well, once we got with Jay, we were immediately impressed. This team is great, they have sold 8-9 houses for us a couple of the houses were not in the best of shape but they were able to find buyers looking for fixer uppers we have always gotten a price that we have been happy with always very professional we have more houses to sell &  would not consider anyone else
