Carol Stiefer

Carol, known as a “starfish thrower” is driven to make a profound difference in the lives of others. Sheoffers more than 20 years in the real estate industry and has partnered with the My Puget Sound Homes at Keller Williams as the Director of Business Development. Carol’s passion for teaching and coaching coupled with her knowledge of real estate is used to enrich and grow the agents she coaches to create and build their life worth living.

Working over 13 years with local & national builders, Carol has spent a large part of her career assisting her clients to guide them through the process of purchasing new construction homes from King County to Thurston County. She has worked with over 800 clients in fulfilling their real estate dreams and goals.

Carol and her husband have been married for over 30 years and enjoy spending their time off remodeling their dream homes, including an 1893 Victorian in North Tacoma and their current home a rambler on 5 acres with a lavender field in Maple Valley. Carol also enjoys spending time with her two adult children, her extended family, time out kayaking on Lake Sawyer, and gardening outside gardening in the summer months. She comes from a family of Master Gardeners and Military Veterans.
