Maureen known as “Mau” to her friends and associates started her career as a Professional Virtual Administrative Assistant for My Puget Sound Homes. The positive outcome for us at MPSH due to CV19 was the benefit of being able to work in the world of “video screening” which Mau has made so smooth and easy.
She understands that providing extensive administrative assistance and support to help the team focus further on their business goals, requirements, and growth is a top priority. Also known as the Parrado Principle, we are so fortunate that she is the 80% to the team's 20%. Mau is keen on details, efficiency and has grown to understand our industry and our team requirements very quickly. Her ability to generate what is needed with such ease, coupled with the skills and background of her previous jobs and education has proven to be invaluable.
Mau has 8 years of Customer Service Experience, specifically in the platform of Business Process Outsourcing. She also acquired extensive knowledge and skills in online fraud investigation, management, and resolution, plus the tools and platforms used related, during the same years. Prior to that, she spent 3 years leading an exceptional team of 20 full-time equivalents for an Australian claims processing program to achieve their monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics. She also has been awarded Best Team Manager, Best Team, and Best Team Leader for 6 consecutive months. Simultaneously, she also led the transition team in the implementation of a new process by conducting a “Time and Motion Study”, gap analysis, to execution. She offers vast experience and knowledge in reports generation.
